I can't Download Firmware.. Plz Help..

I Buy dreambox SE activation...
Login at www.boot-loader.com with dreambox succsess..
But when download File flash it won't works.
I read rules from www.dreambox.hk.. IF buy activation Dreambox se we have 6 month at www.bootl-loader.com extended support..
What's Wrong ?
Plz Give Me solution.
