KU800 stuck on creating DB

Hope one of the gents here will be able to help?
Got a KU800 and it's in a loop, showing the LG pic with a
message "Create user DB file. Please wait...", restarting, showing a plain LG pic, restarting, and from the beginning....and so on.

Anything I can do?
And please no comments such as..."go to a pro", etc.

i got the same problem ,on ku800 V10h-MAR-09-2007-VDF-FR_1_SFR_FRANCE

when i changed nv , i have no solution for the moment , and no o one execept u and me have this problem, i think reading full nv from a working phone with same sw can solve the problem, 'im looking , when i found i post ;)
