Smasung C140 SP Unlock not done.

I have connected the phone. and select the SP Unlock.
Here is log ----------------------

Remove/Install battery now !


It show operation done. But i insert another sim without Airtel it show
Invalid Sim!
Please insert Airtel GID-A SIM

This unlock is not success....................?

2. Start "OptiFlash.exe"
2. Make steps 1-4
3. At step-5 select file Infinity-Box_special_c140.s3
4. Make step-6
5. Start Infinity-Box software and make "sp-unlock" operation

Infinity-Box_special_c140.s3 file located in support are

[amol_sm]

But dear where is the optiflash . . . ?
Where i found it.
