error in load flash file!!!!!!!!!!

when I load flash file for flash my box show error and automaticlly is close
I updated with latest frimware from site

May be You must to say what same file You want to flash & which description of this file, where did You get this file!? From attachment I see some nonsense:

I dont see that Main file on support site (boot-loader.com)

I load flash file on my root directory in my computer man
I load a main flash file with ssw format
dreambox supporter please tell me what is problem
