pda cect q200 file needed..

i have got pda cect q200 phone in restart problem with sim.. i have format it with infinity but it give error & now it is not powering on ... luckly i have got same working phone & read whole flash from it but when i use this file for flashing my phone an error comes which indicate << file is not good>> for flashing.. i have read file at different baudrates but still not getting good file to flash... the phone has mtk processor.. many times i used this method for read & write on other phones but on this phone it is not working ... supporters plz help me to get out of this is their any other method of reading flash file from phone so that it will work... plz help its very urgent i am also attaching files of phone & pcb
