Help with Shine unlock please?

I'm trying to unlock a 3Ireland LG Shine with the KE dongle, but it will not unlock it. I tried the Free LG KU990 Unlocker and it says;

Unlock Done !

But it's not ! :confused:

With the KE unlocker, I just get;

Phone not found.

Any advice?

I brought this shine to 3 other unlockers and they could not do it...
