Strange Problem With

sir i have c139 for unlocking old and new pcb ,
when i connect with c139 cable nothing happen i do all tricks but stilll no responce ,
then i connect with (JAF COM Emulator) and use t191 cable i select com one then when i try to click on user/phone lock code it shows

also when i click on reset splock status it shows

simlock write Ok

but when i click on sp unlock or any other it shows

error: boot failure[04]: general communication fault.
Release Power button !
Connect Fail
Finished, time used: 11 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

pcb's r old and new one i chk on all c139 same error even i have more then 10 peace of c139 with only keypaid light (dead fone) then also cannot connect, so pleaseee pleasee pleasee help me in detail u i m confused
