I repair security area and try all format and rewrite imei but nothing change

Did you tried to make 112 (emergency) call without SIM card ?
yes I tried and it talk parfaitly

hello!
we have discussed this problem before.
this type of phones are working good in one network, while in other- restarts.
this proove that this is not internal phone fault, but result to different networks.
