My causin's phone (V3) has died and I test point it and tried to flash a monster pack, but, after it succeed I tried to power it up and the lights of the phone is turning on and after 3 secs it turns off and the phone isn't booting ... I tried flashing RFDI image and then I flashed PDS backup (which i made from my causin's 2nd V3 - i don't have a PDS backup of this phone which is dead) and then i tried to flash a monster pack and still it's not working ... what should I do to fix it up ?..
oh and by the way when i'm connecting the phone to pc and then i'm entering to RSD Lite it shown S Flash Neptune LTE

BTW i heard about some gsm online fixing but it costs money and my parents aren't allowing me to buy anything from the internet ... so if there is a way to fix my causin's phone i'll be happy to know her ...
