VB source code needed

iam studing VB to make custom software for Nokia ... but i dont know how to communicate with serial port to get the data from the phone OR to send data to phone.

if there is any VB source code for helping , i will be glad to recive that .

Any idea about the F/Mbus commands !!
i want to read the folowing from the phone :

- MCU SW
- IMEI
- Original IMEI
- Sec. Code
- MSID

hope i can get help on that ... commands , source code , tips, doc, or any things that can help
