C261 battery Problem

I have C261 my problem is,when ever i charge my C261 it will show that its charge completly but after a few hours (2 to 4) low battery sign shows :mad:,I also replace old battery with New original one.I can charge it all night and it can die in about few hours. I also replace charger with new one but the problem still there.If any one know how i solve the fault.:cool:
