v3x card freez

i have a problem with a moto v3x, when i insert the memory card, the screen freezez, and the phone can't be turned off! I tried other memory cards, nothing/// I used 3 kind of flashes, but then I don't have any memory on the phone.
has anyone have a solution? plz help me
