Hi All,
This is a good info for V3 .on/off key not functions issue.But I am wondering how many people here can make it?!Technically It 100% working solution to change IC U900.
Here is another way u can try to fix it before U change U900.
Find one 4.7k ----10k resistor from any old pcb.
Use this R to pull up the voltage level of V3 on/off pin which is ON PCB
CONNECTOR .Over 3.4v is ok....
