Register on site, login and download 2.14 and 2.14a and all other files and your problem will be solved

1. Download 2.14 from support site
2. Download 2.14a from support site
3. Download UFS2XX.rar
4. Extract 2.14 to your PC
5. Put dll from inside UFS2XX.rar into where you extract 2.14
6. Extract 2.14a, then put the contents into the folder where you extract 2.14 (overwrite old files)
7. Copy and paste Flash Loader.ini to Flash Folder (overwrite old files)

1. Connect AdvanceBB5 to ROOT USB Port of PC
2. Connect UFS Box to any USB port of the same PC (UFS box must be firmware 2.7 or lower)

Would you provide some assistance with installing this box. I have been reading throughout the forum and I can't just figure out what I am doing wrong.

Why are you trying to install 2.13? The latest version is already 2.20 ;-)

1. Go here: www.advance-box.com
2. Create Username Login for Support Section.
3. Download the following inside Support Section:

Advancebox V2.17 <-- all-in-one installer
Advancebox V2.20 <-- latest exe update
Pdf V10 Final <-- user manual

4. Extract V2.17 and run the Installer Package.
5. After Installation, extract V2.20 to a new folder.
6. Connect AdvanceBB5 Box to USB port.
7. Right Click "My Computer" select Properties then Select "Device Manager"

*** You should find "AdvanceBox Interface" under the USB Connections.

If you can't find "AdvanceBox Interface in the USB Connections, then it means
you have not properly installed the Supplied Driver for your BOX.

To fix this, just right click "AdvanceBox Interface" then select Update Driver, then
select the driver that came inside "V2.17".

8. Run the AdvanceBox.exe inside the 2.20 extracted files.


Now you will be running the latest version.


If you still cannot load the AdvanceBox software, then try to install a standard
UFS Box to your PC. After installing the drivers for the UFS box, try to run the
AdvanceBox.exe again.

I followed your instructions exactly, but I still cannot make it to work. After I run the AdvanceBox.exe inside the 2.20 extracted files, the Feel The Power title appears and then after 10 seconds the software appears for one second and dissappears.

I have noticed that my UFS\HWK software is freezing when I try to initialize it.

Am I having problems because I have in my computer installed UFS\HWK, MT-Box, Cruiser Suite, Vygis, or SeTools?

I would appreciate some advice from your part. Thanks.

The problem is the FTDI compatibiliy issues.

To temporary solve your problem, copy UFS2XX.dll to youe 2.20 directory
and check if the AdvanceBox.exe loads this time.

bro if you cannot follow the instraction better look for who have already advance user then let them teach you manually installing advance is very easy may be some box or usb hub conflict:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

In this case, your problem is the USB Drivers for your box.

Please check your "Device Manager" if you can find "AdvanceBox Interface"
under the USB devices.

I have installed the Advance-Box in three computers and in all I get the same problem. I have done the following:

1.) Downloaded:
Advancebox V2.17 <-- all-in-one installer
Advancebox V2.20 <-- latest exe update
Pdf V10 Final <-- user manual
UFS2XX.dll

2.)Extracted V2.17 and runned the Installer Package.

3.)Created a new folder inside the AdvanceBox folder and extracted Advancebox V2.20 <-- latest exe update and UFS2XX.dll.

4.)Connected the AdvanceBB5 Box to the USB port and installed the drivers from a specific folder (c:program files\Advance Box\Drivers\AdvanceBox USB Drivers)

5.)Checked "Device Manager" and found "AdvanceBox Interface"
under the USB devices.

6.)Double clicked on the AdvanceBox.exe in the AdvanceBox_2.20 folder.

Outcome: I get the same Feel The Power title and then after 30 seconds the software appears for one second and dissappears. I noticed that when I start the AdvanceBox.exe, the UFS2XX.dll file dissappears.
