vk4000 wont unlock help needed pls

hi done a few b4 so i know the routine , now i get this error

if i release power button i get this

Downloading Bootstrap...
Downloading Downloader Binary...
Downlaoder Send Fails !
Error ...
Time needed - 00:01:32



what am i doing wrong :(

Try recheck the cable. Else seems they changed something in phone hw.
