w810 cid50 unlock?

when i try to unlock w810 cid50 it gives following error and credits also consume.all other models e.g w200,k310,k510 was unlocked by me successfully but for only this model i am facing that problem.

Sony-ericsson stopped supporting EMMA 3 cards therefore security cannot be bypassed on db2020 and db2012 using it.
