can't power up it can only enter service mode
and i want to write flash

Mainly - no. FSG made for unlock only.
But in some cases you can repear phone with it.
first of try to backup all phone data.
Than download ExitTool (http://papuas.allsiemens.com/ExitTool_65.rar) and check which error cause phone crash. Post ErrCode info here, im try to tell you what you need to do.
OR
- try to upload FFS (http://papuas.allsiemens.com/M65ffs50rus.rar) by WinSwup (http://papuas.allsiemens.com/WinSwup.4.15.rar)
- try to upload EEProm (http://download.allsiemens.com/map/M65/Mappings_M65_SW50.ZIP) using SWriteMap (http://papuas.allsiemens.com/SWriteMapR65V1.04.rar).
- try to unlock phone.
- try change IMEI to one that stored in OTP (it will showed by FSG)
