It may be that it's need to connect box 7+8 pins together to phone Gnd.
Also try to make "standard" unlock instead of "safe".

connected only 8 pins not 7+8 all this befor i post
phone turns on ok

Please, check with multimeter where is Gnd pin at phone connector. It may be that "keyboard up" and "keyboard down" difference.
I can't check it by myself now due to don't have SL600 on hnads for test.

I mean: please, try to check where is Gnd at phone connector so you will be able to see where is Rx and Tx. It may be that picture in pinouts is for "keyboard down" pin count instead of "keyboard up".
