how i must wait to have my one more year activation?

Hi furious Team.
I purchase a recharge code to have one more year support, i tought that the activation is instant, but it was not!
every time i want to do something ( change pack, update firmware or get licence) i've a msg asking me to send mail to steve@furiousteam.com

how must i wait to can work in furious?
others thing, why i can't change pack , i think that it was possible even if my account is expired???
