O2X3 Mobile Issue

Hi ,
I Got This Mobile And I Think I Messed Up with the firmware,To Get This Mobile To Work what is The Process .Do I Have To Load Repair EPROM From Support And Then Flash The Firmware of O2X3 From Benq Folder Of Support ,The current State Is That The Phone Does Come On And i Do Get The Main Screen It does Show Insert Sim Card ,But if i Put the sim Card It Restarts ,This Was Initialy For Unlocking

"wrong answer" is nothing serious, it's not affect to phone
