W200 Strange Problems

Im unlock many w200i but Im heave this...

User selected phone W200 using Test Point boot mode
Stage 1 started
Turn OFF the phone
Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot Responce = 5A
Processor ID = 8040030101010101 (DB2012 R3A)
EROM Color = 4 : RED
EROM CID = 52

NOR Flash ID = 897E
OTP Status = LOCKED
OTP IMEI = 357354-01-***XX
OTP CID = 51
EROM Color = 4 : RED
EROM CID = 52
Hint : Now the probe might be disconnected
Processing ...
Error : Loader failed to dump GDFS
Hint : Power on the phone and change settings/contacts/theme e.t.c.
Hint : This will reorganize GDFS structure and possibly fix the error.
Error : Failed

But Im touch right TP...and without touch TP heave the same answear...

Our decision depends on the configuration GDFS.
If DB2012 phone has "Invalid GDFS and/or configuration" and firmware flashing or GDFS reorganizing didn't help - nothing can be done.
