the phone is locked i can not change setting,any solution to reset the phone or what i can i do.

Hi beli_gl!
Our decision depends on the configuration GDFS.
If DB2012 phone has "Invalid GDFS and/or configuration" and firmware flashing or GDFS reorganizing didn't help - nothing can be done.

Doesn't matter what do you want to do. The GDFS structure and/or configuration should be correct.

BRO TRY TO FLASH IT & TURN IT FULLY ON THEN DISASSEMBLE & TRY TO UNLOCK WITH DREAM I UNLOCKED MANY WITH THIS PROCEDURE

if error unlocking just flash the phone same firmware and unlock it again
