InfinityTeam My PinFider ADAPTER NO OUTPUT Voltage

i buy pinfinder adapter yesterday and pair with my infinity Box
But Box is not working no votage output when i try to test n73 working phone
it is dead or not
How to solve this ploblem

but i have box with NO Voltage output , not Rx/Tx pin detection

no votage to phone it can detect Rx/Tx pin ?

9 in some case it may be voltage from
- i follow this step by open box and make jumper please see picture

if u make jumper instead of diode inside infinity-box and output voltage is 5V, and power led of Pin-Finder adapter is working, and u set power-on on Pin-Finder software, but Power led isn't working, so maybe ur Pin-Finder adapter is faulty

try update software
if not help
if it's under warranty, check with ur reseller, if not, there is a small regulator with 3 legs, maybe it's faulty

Who can open box and show me small regulator with 3 legs

if i open box and cannot repair it i will lost waranty and money and cannot pair other adapter

hello!

if with pressed Power button you dont have output voltage on battery terminals as well as RED LED is not shining- you must exchange your box by warranty.
dont worry about pairing with your dongle. When you will get new box- just mail to infinityremoteupdate@yahoo.co.uk and i will remove this link

around 4-7 days reseller will change new box
i send box to reseller because he need to check the box is fault ? if the fault is true he will change
After i recieve new box I WILL MAIL to infinityremoteupdate@yahoo.co.uk

infinity box is the great tool and great support.
i use infinity six months ago , the box never kill my phone but make lots of money
