i have flashed one chinese phone called toshibo v9+ and had afirmware version U26_06B_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01.UPU25U26V03B35.BIN]_20080427-224032.B0M.bin

with this file from support area to change lang
CM_Toshibo-V9+_U26_06B_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01.UPU25U26V03B35_1 6m_En_Fr_Ar.B0M.bin
everything is fine except camera gives camera module not ready and after restoring original flash camera works perfect
any advice?

i tried safe format and it didnot solve but i didnot try complete format,is it safe to do complete format?
