I Had The Same Problem I Tried To Repair It With Dream Box But No Success Then I Changed The Flash Ic And Did It If Any Method Should Be Discussed

maybe you wrote a GDFS or FULLFLASH from a "DreamBox unlocked" phone in a non "Security Bypassed" phone.
Your EROM is not "DreamBox modified EROM", then it checks security areas at boot.
DreamBox unlock remove this areas, because that Dreambox modified EROM that is writen in "Stage 1/2" don't verify security areas, but original EROM checks(phone not entered in security bypass).
Can you boot pressing C and using DCU-60?
If yes, flash and customize it by SETOOL using DCU-60 and retry the "Security Bypass" procedure.
If no, you need to restore original GDFS.
Try to select "Normal" boot mode to restore a previously made GDFS backup from this phone.
If you made backup using SETOOL, restore with it.
But if you made backup using DreamBox and can't restore it, you will need another W300 CID52, but this "Security Bypassed".
Backup GDFS from W300 working phone using SETOOL.
Write the DB GDFS backup of dead phone in good security bypassed phone using security bypass mode.
after, backup GDFS from "good phone" (that now have dead phone GDFS) with SETOOL and restore this GDFS to dead phone.
Your phone will live again, but you need to flash MAIN+RAW_FS using DCU-60 by SETOOL to do Security Bypass on DreamBox.
Don't forget to restore GDFS backuped from the good phone using SETOOL.

If you don't have any backup from GDFS, you need wait for a new update.

Procedure tested by me and works good.
