Stage 1 started
1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot Responce = 5A
Processor ID = 8040030101010101 (DB2012 R3A)
EROM Color = 4 : RED
EROM CID = 50
NOR Flash ID = 897E
OTP Status = LOCKED
OTP IMEI = 351650-02-191604-1
OTP CID = 50
EROM Color = 4 : RED
EROM CID = 50
Hint : Now the probe might be disconnected
Processing ... \
Error : Invalid GDFS structure and/or configuration.
Hint : Try to flash firmware.
Error : Failed.

froblem is ur phone flash ur phone to other divice like setool and cruiser and try again via tp..
Hint : Try to flash firmware.

k320 gdfs ERROR
when i try to repair

i had a k320 same as your fone situation in my office !
gdfs , full flashes all tried !
finally i change flash chip .

possible reason .. wrong TP...!!!

i had this issue allready few times..each time on a used phone...never on new one. flashing the phone with new software helped each time!!

no no no , wrong TP is not reason , just try to write gdfs and firmware before perform repairing as sw say , if dont get any succed you don't have any way exept changing flash-chip .
hope some one get new trick !
JUST FLASH YOUR PHONE & TURN IT FULLY ON ONCE BEFORE UNLOCKING
