Im new bie for DB.Why My box always showing TP CONNECTED without touch tp?

Wich hw version is your DB?
If you disconnect the cable from Box, it will show tp connected?
If yes, your box is damaged, maybe wrong tp(direct GND to needle damage box).
But there is a procedure to recover.
Let's wait for DreamSupporter post the procedure.

FW is up to date................
the wrong with tp cable....When i insert the tb cable its says Tp connected.what shell i do?

hi ..froblem is ur tp cable..not ur box...u can replace it tp cable wire..

check cable TP..open circuit tp cable..annd resolder cable again ....maybe help u...;)

I have 2 win xp in 1 pc
first win = show test point connect,,,without connect
but sec win box & TP is ok & WORK ,NO PROBLEM
only problem = windowsXP

well think support need to do something i have the same problem i can handle with it but think support need to clear that problem
I solved that prob. just by changing the needle :D or a resolder maybe helps...

Contact Support ,They will tell what part to change
Fixed 2 times my box when i had DB First sh,ity edition :P

this is my new box..if i remove service cable(tp cable) from box then sw said tp not connected.if i plug the cable to box its automatically detect as tp connected..
