Problem Extracting flash

I have a working phone and I want to extract the full flash. It's a MTK 6228

I tried with old chinese miracle and I extracted the flash but always say that it could be corrupted or damaged.

Today, I tried the new release of chinese miracle 2.41 and it says that there is no NOR chip instaled? Why now CM doesn't read the phone and the previous versions yes?
