pinout finder adapter power problem

Hi infinity thanks for the great hardware for pinout finding
i am having problem with pinout finder
most of the time i cant power on the phone with the power of pinout finder black and red cable... mobile work fine but cant power on , i power it on from the software but mobile no respond and most of the time i am unable to find the pinout for chinese phones
i also got super doctor box and i am using super doctor since long time for chinese phones
i buy now infinity pinout finder but most of the time i am fail to find out the pin with your product.. but i still find the pinout with super doctor
wot is the reason behind it
i love infintiy and its products
i try to findout wot could be the problem
so i came to know that most of the time i am unable to power on the phone with pinout finder that can be a reason i am not able to find the pinout
hope you will help me to provide the soluiton
i dint try with the old version
is it a software bug or some thing wrong with the pinout finder hardware...

if i will open my box.. i will lose my box's waranty
do you recomend that i contact my reseller regarding this matter or i open my box and make this jumper...

Yes, it's really good idea to contact to your reseller and talk about warranty first.

hello!

you must open main infinity box and remove diode- this will increase output power to 5v.
also one more modification is needed in pinout finder, here is a link:

you can keep box unopened if you add this capacitor to free pair of crocodiles
after this 2 modifications- i am able to find all pinouts unless they are not presented as test points on main board.
here any box will fail, you must solder wires to PCB

sir my reseller told me to open the box and make jumper and i open my box but my box is not one of those that shown in the picture.. its different board
and there is no diod...
i dont know wot to do now...?
is there any other soloution....?
can you give me some details about my problem.. coz i am still force to use super doctor box...:(

hello!

what is your box output voltage on pin 1 of rj45?
if it is not 5volts, but 4,3 - you have diode
can you post your box PCB picture?

Hi infinity team
my problem solved
i add one capaster 2200uf /16volts to the power output of the box and now i can power up the mobile with pinout finder power supply and no problem to detect the pinouts
