i can not use down loading

sir today i try to download with my deam box login i cannot download i click in selected file after that there is nothing show that wrere i save files & also when i try many times its show your download limit is 3 but where is my downloading gone? i am very confused ? , iam using inernet exploer 7 &morgila fire fox please help me , can this wronge download change my limit status also ?

i try many time but resalt is same why not dream box team give suppot login tab in your software like others box its simple to use
