Hi mario lozano!
Try to reorganize GDFS (Power on the phone and change settings/contacts/theme e.t.c.) or flash firmware.
Our decision depends on the configuration GDFS. If DB2012 phone has "Invalid GDFS and/or configuration" and firmware flashing or GDFS reorganizing didn't help - nothing can be done.
