Can you give more information? What version of DBSS do you use? Please, put here logs from DBSS with errors.

Need more details.Please post your log.
User selected phone K320 using Normal boot mode
1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot Responce = 5A
Processor ID = 8040030101010101 (DB2012 R3A)
EROM Color = 4 : RED
EROM CID = 50
NOR Flash ID = 897E
OTP Status = LOCKED
OTP IMEI = 353322-01-353067-1
OTP CID = 50
EROM Color = 4 : RED

Error : Invalid GDFS and/or configuration.

Try to flash phone or write GDFS from worked phone in DCU60 mode.
please where can i find gdfs file ?

Unfortunately we have not this file, but you can read it from other K320 phone.
my phone is red blinking , i try to flash but nothing , always red blinking

Try to do "Enter Security Bypass" operation again.
Try to flash phone or write GDFS from worked phone in DCU60 mode.
can i write Full flash and GDFS in DCU-60 without performing Testpoint job??
sorry i m asking without trying coz i dont have any phone in hand now.
and what is this error for???

No this is not possible to write full flash with DCU-60.You must be make TP to write full flash.Security bypass system is standalone way to repair your phone.

This error means software TP adapter point not connected properly with Test point.Some time Needs TP connected with Pin until phone booting.

But phone not connected with DCU-60.Maybe need to a good update to recover this type of problem.there is lot of red blink w200 and k320 not repairable right now.Please Dreambox team we need a good for repair red blink DB2012 platform as like DB2020.
