v3i no ear but speaker ok

i have a problem whith one moto v3i can´t hear anything on ear piece ,but when i change to speaker work ok. first i changed earpiece, i checked resistors and caps all ok , i changed new flex but still no ear sound. anyone have a clue?

Change the flex lcd, 100% ok or there is another solution, make a jumper beetween hp and components but i can't give you a picture but i will try.

i changed flex lcd , i changed new earpiece same result . phone work ok , and work well on speaker .
