Most Phone Shows These Error

I got 15 phones with below mentioned error, and i am not able to complete the operation successfully, So please help me.

firts error:

User selected phone W850 using Test Point boot mode
Stage 1 started
1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot Responce = 5A
Processor ID = 99000301FFFFFFFF (DB2020 / DB2030)
NOR Flash ID = 897E
OTP Status = LOCKED
OTP IMEI = 352826-01-******-x
OTP CID = 51
Error : Failed.

Seconed Error:

EROM Color = 4 : RED
EROM CID = 52
Error : Failed.

Please, send to us (techaid@dreambox.hk) all logs from DBSS. They are in Program Files -> DreamBox -> ALL *.log files (dbss.log, dbsserr.log, dbss1.log, dbsserr1.log etc.). Don't forget to put the link on this theme in the letter! Thanks.
