you are trying to go under the ic but tp's are on the wall of ic there are very small points on the wall of ic watch carefully and u'll be able to do it not difficult and easier than bb5:)

TP 1 is located at NUMBER 1 pin on the 2nd side/angle of the flash chip
TP 2 is located at NUMBER 5 pin on the 3rd side/angle of the flash chip

result : PHONE REPAIRED!!
