I think, there's no solution nowadays..
even SC can't detect that fone.

Is Rx/Tx Changed?
You may use hyperterminal for any fone to confirm Rx/Tx.
If C168i doesn't output any character in hyperterminal when turning on, there may be problem with connection.

I'll ask to my customer and will tell you.
this phone very cheap in the US about 20usd only, but no tool can unlock it yet, unlock by code works. cost 6 eur each from various unlock services. is 850/1900 mhz, need to convert to work in India.
