hi iv put a ku990 lg in evergency mode and im trying to flash it but half way the programe starts to serch the phone and the phone keeps on restarting and does not flash some one please help !!!!!!!!!

If phone restarts means it isnt on emergency. If phone is on emergency then u must see on phone screen Emergency Downlaod.
