hello to all i have proplem my ifinity box irt to unlock c139 tracfone but cannot connect what the problem this becuz i.am new user this box

COM3 [VCP0] selected
"repair mode" active
Action: read flash
Device: C139,C140
Checking data, wait...
Connect...
Press and HOLD Power button...
