i think u used USB over Network program so ur dongle is blocked or like soft said damaged so try to buy another one cause u did some thing illigal man

Ok I understand you but I use USB over network to unlock new LG phone nothind to share my dongle or anything like this JUST FOR SHARE LG'S PHONES.
Next time I use another pc for lg . Can you help me to fix my problem ?
