can't unlock kg800

has anyone managed to unlock an lg kg800 with easy unlocker? i have one that's fully charged but when i attach it to the cable and hold the power key nothing happens. anyone have any ideas?

better way for help to post screenshot plz, maybe u have selected wrong comport, check port twice
