:mad::mad::mad::confused:It(He,She) is so easy and simple but it(he,she) does not unblock j400 only Connecting to phone can say... (Press Power ON for to short steals) MISTAKE - Can't connect to phone! [ERR*02]
It is something very easy I connect it without battery(sink), with battery(sink) already is the well-read one many comentaios but nothing of results

how to unlock
select port setting (check screen shot may be help you)
phone should be off
click start then you see ----Connecting to phone... (Press Power ON for a short time)---- press power on button (shortly)
i think its your cable problem
please check cable
please check port setting
please check your phone jack

i have unlock so many j400 with no problem.m sure its ur cable fault
J400 unlock work fine.
