it was discussed befor, use the search button, but any way..
go to dongle manager, you need to turn off an option called [UK edition].
because IMEI change is not allowed the UK [and alot of other countries], infinity team made this option [so you dont break the law].
so if you activate [UK edition] option, you will not find IMEI option/tab in software.
