speadrum cpu tv mobile reboot-how repair?

i read speadrum cpu not supported by INFINTY.i have two tv mobiles REBOOT problem.

1*18 jack-tried to find pinout using pinfinder-but can not.i think it due to speadrum processor.

can i expect an upgradation from infinity?

or any other box support speadrum processor?

we just not yet ready to reapir such phone.
But support for spreadtrum will be added nearest time
