Can't see philips mo dule

I have the easy-unlocker package installed but cannot see the phliips module required to unlock Alcatel c550.
The same package installed on another computer shows the philips module.
Question 2 : I've tried unlocking c550 with the phliips 530 cable but cannot connect. What could I be doing wrong ?
Can I use the cable that comes with polar box for the same?

i don't no pinouts polar box cable, USE universal (uni box) 530 pinout for unlocking
