Sagem MW930 Self-charging...

Hi all!
I have Sagem MW930 with strange behavior:
When I attach battery - phone turns on automatically and shows charging without charger being connected!
And I can't turn it off - when I press Off button (about 3-4 sec) phone only restarting... Any suggestions?

try clean the plug in connecter or change it, normally coz by water damaged :)
