J700 problem with unlock

Phone came in TAT MOde but in 3-4 sec after the program say error.
This is 2pcs with this problem. I have change speed. Reinstall program on computer. Install program another computer. No positive Results.

HAVE YÖU READ Soft Screen when it ask for you 2 or 3 times to power on phone?
