Here's v0.30k
* Fixed a GDD import bug - anyone who had problems please try again
* Key repeat now active for all menu screens and any key press that doesn't have a long shortcut assigned
* Long key shortcuts now trigger as soon as the 'long' time threshold is reached
* Contact sort bug is (hopefully) fixed
* Caption font size correctly updated
* Key handling with no long shortcut should be as before
* Quick-edit (flick-menu quick edit options) is now optional - switch it on in the main options menu
* Menu acceleration option added - this uses more memory whenever menus are displayed but substantially improves menu speed
