i am a new user of your box.
upon installing and updating, i got this problem.

the application requires dongle version 01.00.00 or higher. you must upgrade your dongle.

and upon updating, i had this problem.

Dongle version: 00.00.00/2006.11.22

For downloading license file(s) for your dongle press Get License button
For entering support website press Enter Support WWW button

No need for dongle upgrading, you already have the latest dongle version

i already contact reseller and also try to contact manufacturer or moderators. it was posted in the other thread that send pm to easy unlocker and .::Ja\/\/aD::. also told me via pm to put a new thread and he will try to help. thanks

which client version you are using?

1.0, 1.2 and 1.21 has the same results.

I also hv same problem.Send PM sent email to easy unlocker team bt no reply still waiting.. problem not solved.Pls help us easy unlocker team I contact my reseller and he said this is not hardware (Box) problem this software problem and only Easy unlocker team can fix this problem.
