Z170 unlock problem pls help

I'm tring to unlock Z170 by reading code bt always following Error:

Phone info:

Phone Model: Z170
Revision: Z170BNGE6
IMEI: 354889010143954
Phone lock password: tStr NV_SI_PHONELOCK_PASSWD
SIM lock password: tStr NV_SI_SIMLOCK_PASSWD
Reading data from phone...
ERROR - Can't get CRYPTKEY!

I run the lastest version for Samsung 3G Easy unlocker /online code reader V2.51


Pls help me.
