alcatel c551x can't connect to easy unlocker

Hello! I want to unlock this phone...but I can't connect it. I tried by cable, than I oppened the phone and I pasted rx tx and gnd direct on pcb, but no succes.
It allways gives me:
Connecting to phone...
ERROR - Can't connect to phone!
I tried to change speed, charge battery - the same problem....
please help!
